Video For tabarnakcaliss on how to install a Forge BPV on a 2007-2010 Mazdaspeed3.

Tools needed:
10MM socket
Socket extension
Needle nose pliers
Medium/large Vice grips.

Note:
IF your'e going to use Forge's supplied Hose Clamp then use a 7MM Socket OR a flat head screwdriver.
(I Find the socket to be easier.)

  • no gasket between the BPV and the motor?

  • @jvgusgus69:

    No, It doesnt need it.

there is an o-ring that acts like a gasket thats on the bpv.

  • you don't run it VTA b/c the MAF sensor can't deal with the loss of air. I hear you can run vta with a cobb AP.

  • supposedly you are able to with the cobb ap.

but i also hear it isn't good at all for our motor.

  • really sweet speed dude, im gettin 1hopefully soon...VTA or Recirc?

  • I have mine set up in recirc.

    (It's better for our motor)
