thank you soo much, i was stuck for something to bake for my kids school cake sale and these went down a treat. I put crème fresh on the tops.Think i went a bit ott though as i made over 100! they went down a treat

well its easy enough when you can afford all the equipment and ingredients, all i have is pretty much everything for the reipe except butter, I also have a hand held grater, nothing special its small like a knife, can I use it? I have veg oil and thats all i have id like to make a cake with the recipe if i can, can it be improvised?? I dont have special equipment, and cant afford anything like a food processer or blender like yours. I would be doing it the old fashioned way.
