@loirootssheep Why would John shoot Roman? He wouldn't have any reason to. That is an absolutely ridiculous question. But to answer your question I would have to say that Marlena would stand by John. Roman would tell Marlena that just to gain her sympathy or at least the old Roman would.

See, this just proved that JER was so bias towards Kristen Blake over Marlena Evans cuz to this day i don't understand how even though Marlena, from the beginning, believed that John was innocent goes back to Kristen, the chick who doubted him more and more as the s/l went on. That is like the hugest middle finger a J&M fan could receive.
