It can be beneficial to do chest/biceps together and delts tris together. That way your biceps arent fucked from your back workout and tris from your chest workout. Also tris and bis recover faster so they get worked twice a week this way as they are also getting hit on back and chest days. Do what you fuckin want tho pal
@EmanNep3101 So you workin biceps and triceps in back to back days. I dont think thats good. Whenever you work chest, you are going to work triceps. Then the next day, back? When you work back, you work biceps........I dont know, I might try this, I think my biceps and triceps recover fast.....They are almost never sore the next day.

@EmanNep3101 If your triceps are too tired after your chest workout then your triceps aren't on par with your chest and your new routine will not help. It's good that your chest routine wears down your triceps and then you can finish them off with a couple of isolation exercises. If they're too tired to move the weight then you have accomplished your goal.
