Workforce Development Program (Summer 2009)

The Center of Higher Development (COHD) is a 501 (c) 3 organization that provides computer training, job readiness skills, practical life skills, and educational resources via technology with the purpose of eliminating the Digital Divide in underserved communities in the Chicagoland area.

Organized in 1992 by Rev. Walter Gillespie as a single site after-school program, COHD now operates ten (10) community technology centers which serve over 1200 children and adults.

This clip is of Ken Wright, our Workforce Development Specialist and Coordinator going through some interviewing and follow-up interviewing techniques with a couple of our clients. This is a FREE SERVICE that we offer to adults residing in the Chicagoland area.
