Hey there! Have you thought about the Fat Blast Furnace (search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my father lost crazy amounts of weight.

for healthy weight loss, you should be losing 2-3lbs per week. Definitely not per days. If you're losing that much weight, it's water weight and chances are you are going to gain it all back.
