US visa ban puzzle

The puzzle that is yet to be resolved. Just who is the senior government official banned by the American government for blocking the course of reforms? Widespread speculation is pointing in the direction of Attorney General Amos Wako with analysts suggesting the AG fitted the description given yesterday by the US Assistant Secretary of State Johnie Carson. However, the Attorney General went about his business normally, joining the committee of experts at a retreat to draft a new constitution. NTVs Rashid Ronald reports.

Wako has been AG since I was a baby...bwana send him home please. dont just ban the ministers I would strongly urge US to ban their families studing and enjoying mali ya uma. trust me that they will feel the heat...please EU follow soon.
