there is an electronic speed muzzle on the 2.4. In the stock tune its limited to 129mph.

i got a k&n on my truck and it gets so loud on my truck. its an automatic so it gets loud when u hit the gas and then it downshifts to get more power and screams and then shifts up

Yea my dads cuts off at 110 and it's an 09 ls automatic

I have an '05 2.2L NA standard which I've surpassed 200kms/hr in. I know the 2.2L NA automatic has a speed govenor at 110MPH but I'm not sure if the same is true for the 2.4 standard vs. automatic. Not sure if this helps.
