Again, good flying means you always have adequate airspeed and angle of attack at all times. The engines are not "miracle-workers" that can just power you out of trouble.
People, aircraft fly due to the wing airfoil and angle of attack... the engines just give you the airspeed to get into the correct parameters - it's up to the pilot to keep it there.
If you stall the wing at an extreme angle of attack, it doesn't matter if your engines have fallen off, much less a fuel flow problem. There's NO available amount of thrust that will fly you out of extreme angle of attack stalls, unless you're in an extremely powerful jet fighter.
The only solution is to use altitude to reduce your AOA, and gain airspeed. If you're as low as this was, you'd need to fly into a hole to recover...
The moral to the story is: NEVER fly with a guy whose clear purpose is to fly the wings off his aircraft every time he takes it up. I'd like to hear about this nut from the women(?) he "made love" to..
Obviously a skilled pilot in the B-52. He handled the big bird like it was a fighter. The only report I saw on the cockpit chatter was that the last words were "sorry guys". I'm assuming spoken by the pilot. Co-pilot initiated ejection procedures but only enough time for hatch to blow off. It can be seen coming off in other videos of the crash.
