The Petroleum Underground Storage Tank Upgrade Remediation and Closure Fund is available for funding clean-up projects that are not covered by your property insurance. Money for the fund is administered jointly by the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP).
