i hate this acheivement. i just needed 12 more years for the space shipe to arrive and the GAME ENDED! i ran out of time and it gave me a cultural victory! :@ god dammit. i love the older versions of civ better the maps are way bigger and u can continue forever!

You need to have a plan regarding what are you planning to research. If you try to get every tech, then probably you doing something wrong. Check the tech tree and take a look to some advance technologies, the require 2 or 3 techs, follow the path if you trying to achieve fast combustion or feudalism. But you need to have a couple of cities with good science research, that include Libraries and Universities. Some wonders also are a boost like Colossus, East India, etc. Also great persons.

Will not allow the pop increase with Settlers as easy as it is now. To make you city grow now you need 3-4 settlers instead of just one.
