This project is a arist workshop , and the condensation was caused by cold bridging , the externall temperature of the steel corrugation in the winter months caused exessive condensation once the barn was used or heated, by applying the pu foam , we remove the threat of sudden temperature change causing condensation.This is a particular problem with steel.And we have used this method for 12 years to great success.This barn is also fitted with access points,so regular air changes are acheivable.

Did you remedy the problem of excess moisture creation, or is that ceiling going to hold the super humid air that caused the condensation in the first place?Most dwellings require a moisture vapor exit plan.........where are those gallons of moisture vapor that is obviously being created within the building supposed to go?
