I am serious about this project. I would like information about the project, how it was structured, the lead teacher involved. I am interested in doing such a project with my fourth graders, I teach fourth in Raleigh North Carolina and see a lot of potential for expanding the horizons of my children. Lol. GO LUX! I went to Lux last year. The best school ever! I had a Japenesse pen pal, his name was Tomoya Fujiki. I didnt know that they sang a song. Lol. We just came to drop him off. (And for the free food) =D

Sorry it took so long for me to reply, but I don't know anything about the set up and actual plans of the whole ordeal.
When I was in middle school we wrote to our pen pals in japan every week and at the end of the year they came for a week to be in America during the 4th of July.... If you want information on how it works, if you're actually serious contact me again. If not, sorry I couldn't help
