I made mine the same way, but now I use filo dough its easy and tastes as good.

Thank you for the demo...I've been teaching myself from a book. It helps to see that I am doing it right. So easy and much better than frozen.

It's made with filo dough, you can buy it at any grocery store in the freezer aisle.

I've never seen handmade dough so paper thin unless it was made using a machine. Could you share this dough recipe with us?
