prices went down because of a weak economy so now there is less demand overall. plus the prices were artificially inflated by speculators. perhaps they wanted to test our limits.

Enjoy it while it lasts. The Democraps will surely tax gasoline up the ass in order to stop all of this global warming(snow) we've been experiencing as of late.

well turns out that the saudi arabia said that drilling,producing, and shipping only cost a $2.00 back when it was $5.00 a gallon, thus saying the rest was speculation and the media.
it is $1.40 here in alabama now

Updated Dec 17,2008- Right now the gas price is go up few cents. Watch it if they still go up, I will BACK OFF to spend anything until it go down price. Can you tell the people if the gas hit 2.30 then time for us to back off and nothing to spend anything and cancel my vacation too.

man you guys are lucky zea6thayec is paying $1.46 a gallon and here in canada were happy paying 87 cents a liter which comes to about $3.20 a gallon... but considering it was 1.57 in june for a liter its still not bad but still getting ripped off
