Sagat Reset Glitch in ST

Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo bug/glitch were the game resets if you execute a low tiger followed by tiger knee while fighting CPU Zangief.

I'll try to recreate the quality, I myself don't know how but I encoded the video at arcade screen resolution and adjusted the aspect ratio to 4:3.
