ME doing weight plate raises with a 45 pound plate, while balncing on a Swiss Ball.

  • when you lift it twirl it clockwise and counter like a stearing wheel it helps

  • I do those too.But not while balancing on a Swiss Ball.I would bust my ass if I tryed that.lol

    The workout I do with my 45 pound plate is 3 sets of 10 front raises,10 tricep extentions,10 bus drivers(which is basically what you were doing) and 50 curls.After that I do three more sets of 50 curls and 3 sets of 100 push ups just because.......I dont really know why.lol

    I also dont know why I told all of that.I guess so you could try it if you want to.
