Well that's all she wrote! Great scene selection. He really was a brilliant natural actor. 1956 to 1962 were his best films. It's not his acting that let him down after that, it was col Tom Parker's 'quick' script deals with Hollywood. Harum Scarum Parker!

Keep on with your nice videos. Elvis movie career is underpresented on youtube. Best way to show that his movies were fun is to have those videos.

and exhibited skills it took other great
actors years of study to acquire. No doubt
given the right role he would have been
an oscar winner.

elvis loved brando and james dean, i think he would have been a great actor: king creole for example, he wanted to do seroius roles but felt he had to be loyal to that asshole of a manager!

Great work. its such a shame. he had the desire and ability to become a great actor. Thanks to Parker and the cash cows, his dreams didnt happen. Atleast we do have a handful of good films where he showed he was good, and thank you for putting this video out there for many to see......PEACE

@DanielHawthorne - Thanks for your insightful comment, Daniel. Yeah, E was a natural. Even though he became disillusioned by his movie career - he did unwittingly create his own genre on film. An Elvis movie musical is unique. Peace back at you, my friend.
