This is sad. I lived near there in the 80's and it was filled with water and so beautiful.
Is this because of the weather? Or because of politics and economics?

This video was take 2 years ago in 2008. It is now 2010 and it is WAY lower than that. The marina was almost to the bridge last fall.

I beleive it is low because they are selling all the water to southern California. Bummer!
