audio_loopback 1, enter that command into console and your voice will loop back, you can hear yourself talking like an echo but viewers will be able to hear it.

It'd just be easier to turn on the Microphone on Xfire. That way it won't loop back. Besides I don't really want my voice to play, I talk a lot lol.
