I know a lot of people that say they can not afford health insurance but in reality they can. They don't know the difference between needs and wants. They buy anew car an over sized house etc.

@judysims from Union members,dues ,stock investments ,retirement funds ,Bank interest ,strong arming companies ,and they only give to Dems so that kinda saves them from fairly contributing .They dont care if their member might not want to donate to the libs they know whats best LOL sorry couldnt even say it with a straight face

"Right to work"!? That’s a real Interesting play on words. The only thing that "Right to work" policies create in America is the legal justification for employers to do whatever they want with workers’ rights. No wonder these campaigns are backed monetarily by the richest people in America. They don’t have to worry about workers’ rights.

If the NRA is allowed to lobby and pass useless pieces of legislation that allow nut jobs to own semi-automatic weapons to "defend" their families, I think it’s more than fair that any political interest group should be able to lobby in congress . And more so if it’s hardworking Americans organizing themselves to pass legislation that their legislators won’t pass because they simply don’t care about working conditions of middle class Americans.

@FluxCapacitor2008 Meaning they need LESS Medicaid and Medicare from the taxpayers. There's minimum wages and then there's the minimum living wage. I worked in the banking and insurance industry for years. The Banks and Insurers treat their loyal workers like SHIT. Seriously..Get toward retirement, throw them out so they don't have to pay their pensions/keep the money for their own GREEDY asses. Never met a company that has a union that didn't deserve a union and that means banks and insurers.

by giving money to politicians witch are not answering workers needs, unions are entering politics, and we all know what it is, but it is not about politics it is about truth, giving knowledge to people and using that money to educate and organize people. like this it become just waiting for something to be produced by politicians. peace and use knowledge

My question is-why do we just keep going with the present day situation of government? Why are we paying taxes, any more, when we have all these special interest groups supporting the white house? And where do these unions get all this money to just give away?

Unions can't compete, even when the government gives them special privileges. So unions demand even more: the right to force people into their unions without a secret ballot. This is an unconscionable power-grab. No forced unionism. No bailouts for corrupt unions.
