That's what you are doing when you play a ouija board or dabble in any type of occult device - such as fortune telling of any kind, witchcraft, casting spells, seances, necromancy, and the like!

@DJWalton314 I disagree. You can't lose your salvation, but you can walk away from it, if you change your mind, and go back into the world and continue sinning, WITHOUT REPENTING! We must continue to repent when we sin, AFTER we become Born Again, if we do not, we build a wall between us and God, and those sins accumulate and will cause us to backslide, and walk away from God, because our flesh will become stronger than our spirit! Revelation 3 plainly indicates this!

@joel10000a First you should know im not arguing with you, i am playing devils advocate so to speak.

Our points of view are a little different thats all.

First. you didnt answer my question.

Second. the only way a 2nd born can lose his salvation is the complete public denial of christ. just sinning will not lose your place in heaven. however, your life on earth maybe hell.

3rd, a 2nd born can't not sin willingly without the guises of temptation.

@DJWalton314 Refusing to repent of sin we commit after we are Born Again, builds a wall between us and God, and we will NOT get our prayers answered. If we keep it up, and die in that unrepentant state, we WILL have our names erased from the Book of Life - that's the way I see it.

@DJWalton314 I think so! As long as we are repentant (meaning we truly want to turn away from that sin, and we are sorry for committing it). God gives us many chances to repent, and if we refuse to repent, after we are Born Again, God WILL chastise us! I know this from experience!!! He chastises us to wake us up, not to break our spirit, so that we will come back to him and repent! Having a repentant heart, each and every time we sin, is the key to staying close to God!

@joel10000a hey, but he didnt take into the account of the Lukewarm christian, a christian that doesnt get the answers they need, they are just force feed what you should and shouldnt do. making them stagnent. Sin is the only way to truly understand God. You understand something far clearer when you learn what its not.

Let me ask, if a person falls to temptation every time it comes around, and knows what he does wrong and ask for forgiveness.

Will God for give that person?
