Sunbeam S7 1950 for restoration £1 Start

Some fairly extensive restoration has all ready taken place here. I have not had the time to finish the job off.

The engine, gearbox and final drive unit have been recondition by 'Stewart Engineering' (the Sunbeam specialist) There are lots of invoices showing all kinds of work that has been done and parts bought for the restoration in with the paperwork..

Jobs that I know need doing are.
· There is no spark for some reason. The battery is newish, and the bike did apparently run about a year ago. There is power going to the ignition coil and then to the points but not past the points. It is a bit difficult to see in there because of where it is (it may be that the points need a clean).

· The fuel tap grub screw is missing. So when the pull the tap on it comes right out. Because of this you cannot put fuel in the tank (just in case you pull it right out and then cannot put it back in again).

I do not know of anything else however it is possible there could be other work needed (though it would have to be fairly minor).

The paint scheme looks a little strange to me I suspect the bike has had restoration work carried out by two different people with different ideas.

The bike does need an MOT test & registering with DVLA (it does have a dating certificate).

I have checked to make sure the mudguards are steel (they are).
