River Plate fans fought among themselves on the terraces before the Arsenal match.
Some used ripped up plastic seats.
Seven people were injured in the brawl, including a policeman.
One man was stabbed and 174 were arrested.
The fight involved rival factions of the organized supporters club known as The 12.
