Yummy; my favorite. Ate late tonight because we waited for this to be delivered along with pancit canton, camaron and some special fried rice from a favorite Chinese resto downtown.

I would fry the onion first till they are golden and aromatic. Trust me it will be more tasty even more tasty when you're cooking with all your heart and soul not just throw them all at once..LOL no offence

mmm...nice to learn recipe variations from other countries. I'm used to Thai or Chinese style sweet and sour. Every time I look at sweet and sour dish, it reminds me of the time when I visited my friend who was hospitalized for Cushing's syndrome. She had no appetite so I shared her plate of rice and sweet and sour fish just to convince her that the fish tasted really good and encourage her to eat more..it was a sad day to see her in such condition. Everybody,please pray for her recovery :'(
