@XFactor1111 Yep PS3 and i dont know about the patch. V1.01? Yes i used the empty film reel(not the drugs)and later the check but it didnt work.Pissed me of coz i was going for 5 star rating and i believe its the last question in this case.

@XFactor1111 Tried it out now.3rd question chossed lie and then chossed 20000 dollar check as evidence and got the wrong answer really sucks man...

This highlights so many of my frustrations with this game. How the fuck is the pill vial proof of him knowing Bishop, but the film canister isn't? How is the film canister proof of blackmail, but the fucking $20,000 check with his name on it isn't?

I've tried both. At the first question where Marlon says Bishop hasn't been here for a while ---> go to lie and select Empty film canister. It will bring the same response as the response for the bottle of drugs.
Not sure about the other possiblities for the last answers.

Are you playing on the ps3 version with the latest patch? I tried it out again and it worked. You can only present the check after you use the empty film reel . It works on that specific question only. guides.ign. com also has the same solution I used here.
