The objective of MOA AD as has been reiterated by TheMuslimJesus, is good. What makes the people hesitant is the truth the ARMM is so depressed even if it has been given autonomy for Muslim brothers. Why are the Muslim areas in the Philippines are so depressed? I dont want to blame the entire MUslim population just because of the corrupt practices of the Muslim Politicians. If ever you can define JUSTICE and act for it, and prove economic progress 4 mindanao, I myself will fight with u.

a lesson BJE provisions learned & proposed a 75:25 sharing agreement-

75% will stay in BJE areas to be used for its development & projects

BJE will be more empowered to chart its future w/out outside factors to affect its success or failure

no asking for charity or free meals

the MOA-AD is the agreement they sign the BJE is the system of goverment! the BANGSAMORO JURIDICAL INTITY! that will give the mindanaons give the right to govern our selves but not we are not being separated to the phil. gov. constitution will still exsist in the state but we can control and make law of our own without the blessing of the gov. like we said 2 system governance in one country! Why not use the existing system?

Implement exisiting laws.
