I was a foster father to a teenage boy several years ago for about six months. He was returned to his birth mother even though he did not want to go back because of abuse. His case worker said that there was no evidence and the mother had taken parenting classes and had completed the necessary programs in order to be reunited. I objected to his return to his mother, but in the end neither my opinion or his mattered. He was physically sick at the thought of having to go back. But he did.

I know that foster care can be horrific. But I also know of MANY foster mothers and fathers who are the hardest working, most caring and loving people I've ever met. Sometimes foster care is necessary. I just wish the system was more efficient and less corrupt

why should they the government cuprets check on families after they made money on them? to show how wrong they knew they were? get real. they count on them fed into another system to make this government more money.

As a "survivor" of long-term foster care, I can definitely relate to what Orville was saying; it brought back memories of the best - and the worst - of my own experiences.

Thank you for this video... Love how you speak... especially to the boys!
Good video thanks. Stop taking kids! Stop wasting tax payers dollars on the foster care system. Put money into helping families be better families. Its imperative the family unit stays intacked!! Love is the Law!
