The spinner is actually moving very rapidly, but the frames per second make it look like it is barely turning. Like the wheels on a wagon in the old movies.

I like the swim action of the lure but think the spinner in the front should be moving the water more

Infact the spinner is spinning like crazy..butthe frame rate of the camera is shot at the same rate so it looks like it is not moving at all..too bad, but you get the picture. ;)
