With this act of theft committed by the deputy this can very well open a "Pandora's Box" of sorts. Given the history of Sheriff Joe Arpaio's violation of individual civil rights and the numerous lawsuits against him this will give attorneys the more reason to appeal every single case "adjudicated" by the Sheriff's Department. This includes criminals who are actually guilty as charged and because of this abominable "technicality" CRIMINALS WILL GO FREE. This is what makes Sheriff Arpaio so scary.
I was only addressing your comment in the first sentence. As for my comment on the United States being a country of laws I was addressing the issue in general that this particular miscarriage of justice shows that the Maricopa County Sheriffs' office has been unfaithful to American values. In this particular case immigration is NOT the issue, what is the issue is the deputy committing theft right in front of us.
As the person who posted this video in the first place, I'm trying to moderate the discussion here. I don't often remove comments, but I've had to take down 3 that had racist statements or slurs. That's completely unacceptable. It's been mostly civil otherwise. Let's please keep it that way.
Interesting that you list your country as the United Kingdom, bola. What's up with that? And if that's true, why are you commenting on US law, especially law as practiced in Marikofka County?
I can't believe my eyes. What were these officers thinking. And how does Arpaio defend this crimes. In my judgement, we should phuk the hell out of these idiots.
