Thank you for the correction, Enos. Actually it was rather reassuring, since I had been a bit startled by the defense attorney's statement about the documents examined before coming into the courtroom. I'm happy it was my misunderstanding, not the fact that she actually had to show her file. Since it involved Maricopa county, I assumed it was SOP...

As I said before, it is the judge's courtroom, but even the judge must obey the rule of law. I laugh whenever someone who never studied law thinks they know more about the law than I do. You, sir, have given me quite a chuckle.

Commercial law?? Where did you get THAT?

It is obvious you didn't actually READ any of the legal precedent I posted, because you wouldn't still be stuck on your "broken record" argument.

I retract my previous remark about the contempt and press confrence as it pertains to Stoddard. But Arpaio has already gone on record telling Comm. Donahoe to piss up a rope. And good for him. A move like that would lift the gag order that she placed anyway. Maybe it is time they made the true contents of the letter public. Lets have that cunt defence attorney read it outloud at the press confrence.

"I hardly think personal insults are appropriate." You did say that, right? Not sure if you were molested by your mom who was an attorney or what, but it is disturbing how you personally attack this defense attorney for no apparent reason.

I evidently can't post the link, due to the filters, but Google "Maricopa County Stoddard Contempt" or some such, and find the original order issued, then READ THE ENTIRE ORDER.
