@Restayvien I think he meant stand to 80% of your full height then drop down. Don't lock your knees out as that would be 100%. The movement is fairly big but best to consult your teacher.
i hate this bouncing like your on a horse trend!!!!! it makes the form look so sloppy! i dont care what belt she is that sucked.. forms are supposed to be executed with precision and sharpness... i cant even differentiate the moves in this one...

if i could think of anything to criticise it would be this pattern being performed a little too quickly, but moves were executed very well

80% of your movement, but the overall movement should not be very big. So 80% of a small movement is still a small movement.

Sine Wave doesn't require such a large movement though, if you bob up and down too much all you are doing is slowing the move down.
