  • wow, very very good

if i could think of anything to criticise it would be this pattern being performed a little too quickly, but moves were executed very well

  • Hehe, I've been on a vication, so thanks you I now remember what we've learned again :)

  • @Restayvien I think he meant stand to 80% of your full height then drop down. Don't lock your knees out as that would be 100%. The movement is fairly big but best to consult your teacher.

  • @Easyandy100

80% of your movement, but the overall movement should not be very big. So 80% of a small movement is still a small movement.

  • @marcct24 There is a step in from L stance and out to the fixed stance as far as I know.

  • @Restayvien I think Gen. Ghoi said it should 80% up and down.

  • @Restayvien yeah, i agree... she wasn't doing it right in the video

  • @HiImMiggy

Sine Wave doesn't require such a large movement though, if you bob up and down too much all you are doing is slowing the move down.

  • @iluvitachi2007 - it's called Sine Wave. It gives you momentum, giving your movements more power

  • i hate this bouncing like your on a horse trend!!!!! it makes the form look so sloppy! i dont care what belt she is that sucked.. forms are supposed to be executed with precision and sharpness... i cant even differentiate the moves in this one...
