people should not have pets if u can not afford a vet its dumb u can get done for letting suffer to,insurance is the best option you can get for about 5pound a month pet gets ill u have peace of mind u can help them straight away animals can linger on like this for weeks,months and dont show pain well he afraid when u shout that's why the poor thing gets up it crueler then denying him treatment and also he has a severe skin allergy on his belly and he is painfully thin VERY SAD!
