@TheKennesha My understanding is: 1) He was mentally ill and went off his medication. The medication controlled his behavior, and 2) He had a crush on her (as well as other issues with women) and someway somehow his mental illness convinced him that killing her was what he was supposed to do.

I never understandthis over the hill love that is never reciprocated -that black women have for black men. Are black men that great that we can excuses the sexist namecalling, the lack of community or children care, the constant guns and drugs, the very public bashing of black women and girls?

When will black women expect more?
