Pride of Bilbao is seen here leaving Bilbao. She was over 3 hours late leaving, as she was picking up a lot of passengers stranded by the airplanes that were grounded due to the spread of a volcanic ash cloud from Iceland. Her decks were well filled with people, and as she passed P&O cruises Artemis, a cheer went up in support of the passengers being repatriated. Also seen are the pilot launch, and a Civil Guard helicopter.

  • This ship arrived in Klaipeda, Lithuania, for refit in January 2011. It is to be renamed "Princess Anastasia", and from April 2011 will be operating a "visa free" ferry service for St Peter Line between Stockholm and St Petersburg.
