This wasn't meant to be "trippy" nor did it have any "communist virtues and innuendos". It's just a cartoon that teaches about how being kind to others will pay kindness back in return. The fish protected the fisherman from the genie because the fish promised the fisherman that he would protect him one day if he would so kindly release him back into the ocean.

Guest - Killed to the death that jump where ayes would take him, just over that side of the sea that can not be overfewn or overrun out of which a coat went out on wich a saddow hass fallen and killed a rabbit. Rabbit like a rabbit fooking eagle (swearing was not included)
