Hi! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my cousin got beautiful Six pack abs and lost lots of belly fat with it.
Toning the thigh muscles does only that. You will not lose weight on your thighs unless you burn fat with cardio. That being said you need to gain muscle to lose weight, so exercise your whole body not just your thighs. Better yet if there are any tasks that you find hard to carry out because of lack of muscle in a certain area, work on those muscles not your thighs, which are probably the stronger of all the muscle in your body anyway.
@Sin9ing4l0v3 Try the Insanity work out.. its pretty effective. If you want to loose weight you're going to have to do mostly cardio, i recommend jumping rope it is a very good full body cardio exercise. If you don't start loosing weight at first, don't worry because at first you will gain muscle which actually weighs more than fat but in time you will start to drop weight. Just eat healthy and be healthy :)
im 15 and im 170 pounds. im tall soo i dont look like super fat and im super athletic but i would like to get down to 145. i need an intense workout that will work my whole body i can do everyday. any tips?
