@shamvara that's why he was ousted African style.
-
And what has Zanu done now
-
2:20 , sounds like the new zimbabwe
-
MR Tod speaks for an individual that has cost tremendous steam in thier political corrier , but has very little African expiriance
-
Tongogara would have made a better president than Mugabe.
-
tahts right Tongogara and Zvobgo were fighting for the people and are dead now, but the issue isn't just racism how do you explain killing ur own people. I think Muagabe is just a megalomaniac and every1 around him is greedy and fearful. The man is discusting life was way better under Smith at least you could rationalise a white man killing you now it's your black neighbour killing you...
-
if ian smith is right for racist whites then mugabe is right for racist blacks. you see what i'm saying here? you're replacing a wrong with a wrong. the fact that you got a thumbs up for that comment is sad. there's another idiot out there that's arrogant.
-
Thats the stupidest thing i've ever heard of. if you think Ian Smith was right then you are just a plain arrogant idiot. Ian Smith made Mugabe and ZANU the way they are today, they use his techniques, they are doing the exact same thing Ian Smith did but a more arrogant and idiotic level like yourself. The problem with zimbabwe is the racism that is rooted so deep into these old timers. Tongogara and Zvobgo clearly say what they're fighting for, the opposite happened hence why they're dead!
-
unfortunately for the armchair theoreticians, zimbabwe was liberated by zanla and zipra not the talkers!
the white guy at the end is Garfield Todd, if the white population in zimbabwe been half as reasonable as him, there would never had been a war in zimbabwe.

Garfield Todd makes sense. Clearly "Rhodesia" was racist & unacceptable but everyone knows the British really do want to keep holding on to Zimbabwe. The problem with Mugabe for UK was NOT human rights abuses. The country is strategically positioned plus if Mugabe succeeds in taking back ownership of the land and mines this might set a precedent in all former colonies where the colonizers are in control.Disraeli once said "Countries do not cease to be colonies just because they are independent"
