Here's the tutorial for the song "You've Got a Friend in Me" by Randy Newman. It's my fingerstyle arrangement. Sorry this took so long to get out!

This is part 1, the intro.

  • This is real guitar playing. Forget that modern crap, power chords and dragon force or whatever they call themselves, this is simply terrific. Well done and thanks for the upload

  • @CjDj2007 excuse me, I happen to love dragon force :P. see youtube.com/watch?v=8K4At4mU7SM for reasons why.

Those sound enhancement pedals really help.

  • Hey mate thanks a lot for the video it's really helpful and the tabs are really good!

Just one thing, the 4th chord is a lot easier if you use a barre on the 8th fret. It doesn't change anything it's just easier. Anyway thanks a lot again, nice tutorial!

  • how do you finger pick so fast???

  • @Bravexark hey, normal tuning is EADGBe tunin the low E two half steps down makes it a D note.

simply plug in the tuner and tune down until it says D, you should now have DADGBe. :)

  • This guy is the man! Thank you.

  • 0:35 wat are two half steps ;o
