4.10's and an auto go together pretty well. If you plan on super/turbocharging the car down the road, 4.10's would be a little much. They would be ok with nitrous depending on how big a shot. Too big and it will be too much gear. If you cam the car, 4.10's will help out big time.

4.10s are not a good idea for highway driving, though. you get about 12 mpg at 75 mph? runnin almost 3k rpm sucks gas like hell i'm sure

Thanks for showing this! I have an '02 GT and I'm on the fence about 3.73 or 4.10.. but after seeing this, I can handle 2.5k @ 70mph.. It'll just give me incentive to stay honest and cruise 65. haha. Great vid. Thanks again bro.

i have an 89 with 4:10s and an auto and i love it still havent got the spedo fixed though so still havent figured out where 60 is yet
