a) allowing his soldiers to torture, rape, kill and abuse innocnt civilians..
b) denying food and med's to civilians whom it claims as its citizens as an "abnormal violation of all norms of war."
c) turning down the request of UN's humanitarian help for the victims.
d) intense attack on the 'safety zone'
e)Last but not least he's busy engaged in acts of terror or crimes against humanity in SRK!!
