I just finished listening to an interview of Obama talking about Lybia's Pres.Gaddaffi (a man of color) & would u believe Obama states "The NOOSE is tightening" OMG y would a true blackman use such a word that represent hatred towards black people that were lynched/ noosed-up/strung-up on a tree for the color of their skin! imagine him saying to his black wife "yea baby white folks need to tighten the noose on Troy Davis/lethal injection victim?

I agree I admire Pres.Obama, however, he don't address black folks concerns such as just mentioning low income and/or poor folks but instead always say middleclass.I don't believe $11,520.a yr. @ $6 hr. constitutes middleclass hello!It seems to me that he holds us @arms length sigh.I guess his fight for middleclass will have to TRICKLE DOWN TO BLACK FOLKS & what was wrong for him to pass his 1st bill for equal pay for women and NOT minorities?DIS OR NOT?

Yes, that's what I was referring to. My thought was that it showed up as "featured" because it had been mentioned on a prominent blog. I see that it was submitted by the Wall Street Journal Network - maybe that was a flag in itself. I'm curious why the WSJ cares about this clip, but maybe I'd rather not know..

Thanks, but I was actually asking about the fact that it was featured on youtube. If you look under "statistics and data" (the right blue link under the video)you will see that it is number 6 on the featured page. It was featured immediately which is why I was asking if it was a paid feature. Thanks. Im just trying to figure out how youtube works with the featured vids.

Im so curious to know what the feature policy is on Youtube. This video has 2 ratings and 20 views as I watch it. It was just put up. Im guessing these are paid features. Does anyone know the feature policy? If so please explain. Thanks. Your time is appreciated.
