Antigen-specificCD4+ T cells (red) and peptide-pulsed dendritic cells (DCs) (green) were imaged in the popliteal lymph node of an anesthetized mouse using two-photon laser scanning microscopy. Imaging was carried out at 33 hours, during the late phase of activation.
