It compensates for not being able to use it properly. (Have fun driving 65 mph and eyeing the median when you wanna pass somebody).

That's cause BMW is following correct trends. Boxy is in the past.

335d only comes with an auto box because bmw said a manual box cant handle the 428ib ft of torque

The 335d costs about 13000$ more in Germany than in the US!!!
For me the question is why they are so cheap in the US while they are produced in Germany?!
