Truly she expresses her Christian character as she loans her voice to genres of other or unknown beliefs.

I love Jeff Buckley and his version of this song. After hearing various versions of the song, however, it seems that Buckley's phrasing on his version might have been based on Jackson's phrasing here. I could be wrong about that, but there seems to be great similarity between them.
