You don't need to get rid of your accent, just slow down & ununciate more (speak plainer). getting rid of an accent was big in the 80s & 90s

Americans really like accents.. epsecially russian accents. Keep in mind that most americans don't even know our own language so you're already ahead speaking two languages. You'll do just fine if you ever come to the US.

I think its sexy. if you are trying to change it (which i do not recomend...) you need to go over vowels this is your biggest issue, then what parts of words you stress. good luck either way!
