I'm not so worried about people in public with curlers in their hair. A bigger concern is flash mobs, and "knockout games" targeting non-blacks. Your ghetto brothers and sisters should first stop attacking non-blacks. Then let them worry about fashion and mannerisms.

Black people are bckwards and its sad. I'd hate to say it but sometimes I feel like slavery needs to comeback, cause a lot of ignorant new kids that act loud untaimed unclean and animalistic need to be straightened out.
