well,the programme that i use is sony vegas 7.0.the coloring of the whole vid is the same,but the outcome depends on the brightness of the original scene.

anyway,

1.i go to color balance & make it a bit blue

2.i go to saturation;amount=-1 ,centre=0,spread/low/high=1

3.i go to color curves to make the scene brighter
