  • Check my channel for the original San huang Pao chui form

  • Great form, such control and some awesome techniques, however it is not the original cannon fist form... San huang Pao chui... 3 emperor cannon hammer is an ancient art that has very little in common with tai ji like this form. It is all about twisting the waist and simultaneous multiple blows

  • Great video. Wuyingfeng is a good teacher, and I learned from him two forms for several years. You can notice that in his form, he does not have excessive movements, only movements in accordance with the principles of taiji. His tai chi is really at a very high level.

  • Real Kungfu ! thanks for your share.

  • Thank you very much for your teaching. I've heard about Cannon fist form, but I've never seen it until now. Amazing breathing, it actually resembles a firing cannon!

  • am i the only one who couldnt tell if that was a man or a woman when the video started. no offence.

  • thank you.i wish you can practice tai chi chuan well.

  • yes.i have practiced chen style tai chi chuan for 25 years

  • I haven't done tai chi for a long time, barely a year. Thanks for motivating me to do more tai chi.

  • Indeed, the breath is the key. Both in sitting meditation or moving like in the martial arts. Did you check out Systema yet? Here the basis for everything is the focus on the breath. It's worth taking the time to research.

Have you been doing tai chi for a long time?
