@benzo771 the only time they step in is after all the other steps have been done the police are the last part of the evection process its when the people refuse to leave after all other things have been done all the leagle papers courts ETC.

I would make the banks prove they own the houseby shoing they have the original contract.If they dont have them.Then the jerk wadds dont have a leg to stand on to do a foreclosure and so on .In that case you can even get lucky enough to get the title to the house free and clear.I do securitization audits and I am working to put a stop to all this crap putting people out on the streets homeless when the banks have committed Trillions in fraud.

it's not 100% bad to call someone a bum IF you know their situation, if you're just guessing that they "won't pay" that probably means they can't pay. If people have no possible way to pay to live somewhere then nobody should have the right to force them out until they get the means to pay.
